A large and innovative online supermarket has recently started using Whoonext. The supermarket delivers groceries to customers’ homes within ten minutes and wants to achieve major efficiency gains with Whoonext.
The shopping service uses it for their bicycle deliverers who deliver the groceries. When they get back from their delivered order, they scan the Whoonext QR code to re-join the queue. In this way, the orders are distributed fairly and each delivery person works the same amount.
